The OwnRent Institution

The eternal purpose of OwnRent is to build a permanent ownership institution that expands access to participation, opportunity, and long-term wealth for people who rent — across every generation.

Every decision is tested against one question: if the founders are dead and the world has changed entirely, does this act strengthen or weaken OwnRent's ability to serve its purpose in the year 2326?

The Treasury is sacred — it exists to outlive every steward.

Order of obligations:

2. Sustainable income
3. Measured growth

Net Treasury income is divided under a fixed covenant: member reward and redemption obligations on one side; growth, community, and reinvestment on the other. The ratio embodies balance between those who participate today and those who must exist tomorrow.

Prosperity in OwnRent flows through participation and alignment — not promises. Members who engage with the institution may benefit from treasury growth, redemption mechanisms, and community scale over time.

OwnRent does not guarantee profits, returns, or outcomes. The principle is structural: wealth created by the movement should expand participation for the many, not concentrate extraction for the few.

No financial return is promised. Community first. Token later.

OwnRent survives three hundred years by refusing to behave like something that dies in ten. Endowment Treasury, generational stewardship, constitutional law, and a global ownership movement — together they form an institution, not a launch.
